Canapés
Truffle fried quail’s egg on black pudding crostini. Mini brie and cranberry tartlets (V) (GF). Beetroot hummus with caramelised red pepper on crostino (Vg). Scottish smoked salmon with crème fraîche on blini with lemon and capers. Honey mustard cocktail sausages (Vg) (GF). Caramelised red onion soufflé pastry cups (V) (GF).
Dinner
Smoked salmon terrine. Roast turkey breast (GF) or Vegetarian Wellington (Vg). Sides: honey glazed vegetables (GF), crispy duck fat roast potatoes (GF), blue cheese leeks and cauliflower (V) (GF), sage and onion stuffing (V). Chef’s gravy with vegan alternative on request. Dessert: Chocolate and almond torte (V) (GF). Beverages: red or white wine, lager or IPA, soft drinks.
